1. We do not do refunds. Only exchange or online credit.
2. Exchange can only be made up to 7 days from delivery date with all tags are attached. Return slip must include order number, current email, phone number, and reason for return.
3. Online credit will only be issued through online only. It will only be available up to 14 days after its issued. If not used it will expire and you won't be able use it again or receive money back.
